We would like to emphasize on the followings:
- No profit earned from any fansite goods taken in.
- The price stated are usually fixed unless there’s issues related to fansite goods’ fluctuation or *EMS fees.
- Please note that the followings might happen & we are not responsible for it:
– Out of stock
– Changes in gifts/goods by fansites
– No reply/confirmation from fansites regardless are payment made or not.
– Delays in printings/shipping by fansites. (The delivery dates are not 100% accurate.)
– Damages in goods that are sent over by fansites.
- We will constantly get in contact with fansites regarding the goods & will update buyers as & when necessary.
- Do not rush us for goods. Replies from fansites require some time as they are not constantly online, so do we.
- If you do not trust us, do not order from us.
- Once items arrived, we will send out collection details through email. Postage is recommended.
- For buyers with postage options, just a note that we will send out articles every Mondays.
- Please appear during your selected meetup slot, if you’re not able to come, please remind us at least 1-2hours in advance.
- Please do collect your order within 3 weeks’ deadline, from the time we sent out the collection email. Otherwise, we will resell the item.
*EMS fee is shared among all buyers for a certain fansite good. In situations with only 1 buyer purchasing the goods, the full EMS cost will definitely be bear solely which will cause an increase in pricing. We will inform buyers beforehand, in case of any problem occurred.
Once you’ve submitted your orders, we will take it as you’ve agreed to our T&C.
